Working principle of spiral buffering water jet air pump:


The working water with a constant pressure from the water jet pump enters the nozzle through the water chamber. The nozzle converts the pressure energy of pressure water into velocity energy, and the water flows out at high speed from the nozzle, causing air to be sucked into the chamber and creating a high degree of vacuum. The steam and gas mixture inside the condenser are extracted and enter the diffusion tube. The water flow speed slows down, and the pressure gradually increases. Finally, it is discharged from the diffusion tube at a pressure slightly higher than atmospheric pressure. A check valve is installed in the air intake chamber to prevent working water from being sucked into the condenser chamber in case of failure of the air extractor- The principle of the type water jet air extractor breaks the design mode of vertical staggered flow of water and gas. As we all know, the energy required for gas-phase movement comes entirely from the water beam. Therefore, to improve the vacuum of the condenser and ensure safe operation, it is necessary to use the gas from the water quality to wrap it:


1. In the suction chamber, the flow rate of water and the cross-section of a single water beam are selected to achieve dispersion of the water beam, while the dispersed water quality also has momentum. The gas is surrounded by a small amount of water, which is the minimum condition for achieving low consumption and high efficiency.


2. Inhalation of indoor water quality - achieving uniform contact with air. And allow all the gas trapped by the water beam to be compressed into the throat.


3. Stop the initial gas phase backflow deviation to cause shock and wear on the walls. It is difficult to achieve this simply by lengthening the throat. This is the geometry of the suction chamber, the shape of the throat, the ratio of throat diameter to nozzle area, the ratio of throat length to nozzle diameter, and the inlet parameters (water volume and water pressure).


4. The throat consists of three parts: gas injection, vortex strengthening, and pressurization. It can achieve the uniformity of two-phase flow, reduce gas resistance, eliminate gas phase bias, increase two-phase mass energy exchange, and utilize residual velocity to minimize the loss of discharged energy.
